Josh founded Noddle and came up with the concept. The idea grew out of more than a decade working across the Australian lending industry, in credit risk, broking, lending assessment, and operations. He spent nine years running his own broking practice, has led credit risk for a major non-bank lender, and holds a Diploma in Mortgage Broking. He’s also a qualified Justice of the Peace. In short: he’s seen how finance works from the lender’s side, the broker’s side, and the customer’s side, and he built Noddle to fix what frustrated him from all three.
What Josh is known for is making the complicated feel simple. He’s calm, practical, and easy to deal with, helping customers feel supported by breaking things down clearly, removing the confusion, and guiding them to the next step with confidence. There’s no pressure in how he works, just a steady, straightforward style that takes the stress out of a process most people dread. He works closely with the team behind the scenes to keep things moving, and stays focused on one thing: making the whole experience smoother, clearer, and less stressful for the people relying on him.
