Noddle is a digital finance broker built on a simple idea: getting a personal loan or car loan in Australia should be faster, clearer, and a lot less stressful than it usually is. We do the shopping around, handle the lenders, and protect people’s credit score along the way, so they don’t have to become finance experts to get a fair deal.

Head Broker

Brisbane or remote (AU) · Full-time

You'll own the broking engine at Noddle, assessing customers, matching them to the right lenders on our panel, and negotiating the deals that make our whole promise real. You'll work directly with the founder and the team behind the scenes, set the standard for how we broke, and have a real hand in building the playbook as we grow.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end broking, from assessing a customer's situation to placing and settling the loan.
Match customers to lenders likely to suit them, and negotiate sharper rates and terms on their behalf.
Protect customers' credit by checking fit before any hard enquiry is run.
Set and document how Noddle brokes, so the approach scales as the team grows.
Work closely with the founder and support team to keep every application moving.

What we're looking for

Proven experience broking personal and/or car loans in Australia.
A strong grasp of lender policy, credit assessment, and responsible lending.
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma a plus).
A plain-spoken, calm style that takes stress off the customer.
Comfortable being early, building process, not just following it. (Nice to have)
